Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Safety Coordinator in the construction industry, preferably in the Bulgarian market
• Strong knowledge of local and international health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and create comprehensive safety reports
• Proficient in the use of safety management software and tools
• Fluent in English and Bulgarian

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive site-specific safety programs
• Monitor and assess on-site safety performance, identifying areas for improvement
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Provide training and guidance to site personnel on safety procedures and best practices
• Investigate incidents and accidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
• Coordinate with site management, contractors, and subcontractors to foster a culture of safety
• Maintain accurate records of safety-related activities, incidents, and training
