Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in the Construction field
• Be present at construction sites in Romania
• Construction qualifications for unrestricted management of construction works in the structural and construction specialist
• Knowledge of costing principles
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD software
• Driving license category B
• Ability to organize own work and work in a team
• Commitment and consistency in achieving goals
• Communicative knowledge of English

Responsibilities:

• Managing large industrial construction projects (>10.000 sqm)
• Coordinating ongoing construction activities
• Building and maintaining trade relations with subcontractors and suppliers
• Measuring and estimating costs for ongoing construction works
• Executing the project according to the adopted budget
• Preparing work schedules
• Reporting activities to the assigned coordinator
• Verifying the conformity of the works with the project and the concluded agreement
• Maintaining the company's image on the construction site
• Collaborating with the investor and their representatives
