Responsibilities:
- Health and Safety Responsible on site
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Collecting and verifying the execution documentation in conformity with Romanian construction regulations
- Managing large industrial construction projects (>10.000 sqm)
- Oversee and manage daily on-site construction activities
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Perform quality control checks to maintain high standards of workmanship
- Measuring and verifying works for project management purposes
- Monitor project progress and report any deviations from the planned schedule
- Maintaining the company's image on the construction site
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Be present at all construction sites in Romania
- Basic knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Proficient in the use of construction software and tools
- Fluent in Romanian and basic English
- Driving license category B
- Ability to organize own work and work in a team
